Returns & Refunds Policy

At Caleb Lens, we are committed to providing high-quality photography equipment and ensuring customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging

  • All included accessories, manuals, and tags must be returned with the product

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact our customer care team at [email protected] within the 7-day return window. Include the following information in your email:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos or videos showing the condition of the item (if defective or damaged)

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is incorrect, defective, or damaged. In such cases, we will arrange a free pickup or reimburse your return shipping cost, depending on your location.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and verify the returned item

Please ensure you provide accurate bank details if opting for a direct refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, you must return the original item and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned after the 7-day window

  • Used, damaged, or altered items

  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with supporting photos or video. We will prioritize resolving the issue promptly.
